Getting to know more about us...

We facilitate improved monitoring of product use, product availability at service delivery points, strategic planning, and general operations management. 360 HSDC has a multifaceted team of experts with proficiency and experience in tackling the growing incidence of communicable and non-communicable diseases in Nigeria. At 360 HSDC, we provide a suite of integrated services designed to help healthcare and life science companies innovate and grow across their product and business lifecycles.

We recognize the role of socio-cultural and individual beliefs on human behavior, as such, we identify the ways in which these beliefs could influence or be barriers to change in the communities where we work. We use research and different Social Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) strategies to bring about change in our work. We also collaborate with community members in a participatory manner to identify behaviors that could be harmful to their health and develop tailored plans for changing or improving those behaviors.

360 HSDC employs several health system strengthening tools and methodologies to enhance demand promotion, such as campaigns within the communities, while utilizing traditional and digital media to inform and educate citizens on healthcare and improve health-seeking behaviors. These strategies are analyzed and evaluated to allow for a more evidence-based and tailored approach to the needs of specific populations.

2018 – 2021

360 HSDC is implementing a biological specimen cold chain transportation and test results dispatch between 473 healthcare facilities across 16 LGAs and 7 PCR labs in Cross River, Benue, Akwa Ibom states and the FCT. In the 2020 fiscal year alone, 6205 samples (EID, VL, sputum, DBS and CD4) were transported to PCR labs, thus improving diagnostic access for under-served communities and people living with TB, HIV and COVID-19.

2019

In collaboration with our sister organization Idmibok International, we conduct HIV testing, counselling, retention, and awareness services, in riverine and conflict affected communities in Rivers State. Utilizing differentiated service delivery and community-centered approaches to link positives to care, we ensure they commence ART treatment, thus enhancing client retainment in these facilities. For children and infants, we conduct dried blood spot testing upon consent from their parents. Since 2019, we have been able to test over 1.3 million people, linking over 95% of HIV-positives to care.

2021

360 Health Systems Diagnostics and Correction accelerates HIV case findings and linkage to treatment across all LGAs in seven states. In July 2021, we recorded a total of 1,073 clients who were identified and placed on anti-retroviral therapy. We have continued to implement differentiated HTS models and applied innovative solutions in HIV care and treatment. We utilize GIS system to display data and trends, amongst other analytics, across the entire HTS cascade to optimize service delivery, with support from APIN Public Health Initiatives, through funds from PEPFAR and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
