CHAI Skills Gap Assessment is funded by Clinton Health Access Initiative

(Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation-funded grant) In the project, we conducted a task analysis and skills gap assessment among 111 staff of the Board of the Kano State Primary Healthcare Development Agency.

The survey targeted State and Zonal Directors, State and Zonal Officers to gauge their understanding of official tasks, identify skills gaps in MNCH Service delivery, human resource management, financial management, Supply chain and inventory management, Governance, Monitoring and Evaluation, and proffer recommendations. During the project implementation we conducted a skills gap assessment to identify and improve upon human resource capacity gaps in a developing country.
