National Integrated Sample Referral Network (NISRN)
National Integrated Sample Referral Network (NISRN) project, 360 HSDC is currently implementing biological specimen cold chain transportation and test results dispatch between 473 healthcare facilities across 16 LGAs in Cross River State, Nigeria, and 7 PCR labs in Cross River, Akwa Ibom, Benue, FCT and Akwa Ibom states.
In the 2020 fiscal year alone, 6205 samples (EID, VL, sputum, DBS and CD4) were transported to PCR labs, thus improving diagnostic access for undeserved communities and people living with TB, HIV and COVID-19. In Rivers, Benue, Plateau, Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Ondo and Ekiti states,
